Welcome to "Yeogsa", a MMORPG provided by Beyond IT Srl. Your use of our game is subject to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. Your use of the game implies acceptance and adherence to these terms.
User Account:

a. To use "Yeogsa" it is necessary to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and updated information.
b. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and the activities performed on your account. Any activity conducted through your account will be considered the sole responsibility of the registered user.
c. You are required to promptly inform us in case of suspected security breach of your account.
1.2 Minimum Age:
a. Access to and use of "Yeogsa" are not permitted for individuals under the age of 18, unless they have obtained explicit consent from a parent or legal guardian.
b. If you are a parent or legal guardian and are aware that a minor under your responsibility is using "Yeogsa" without your consent, please contact us immediately.
Purchase of Shop Coins:
2.1 Purchase and Use of Shop Coins:
a. Shop Coins can only be purchased through the official website of the game "Yeogsa".
b. Details regarding available denominations and prices of Shop Coins are specified on the coin purchase page.
c. We only accept payments via PayPal as a method of payment for the purchase of Shop Coins.
d. Reselling of Shop Coins or game items obtained through the use of such coins is strictly prohibited.
2.2 Use of Shop Coins:
a. Shop Coins can only be used within the game "Yeogsa" to obtain virtual items.
b. Shop Coins have no real monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency or other forms of payment outside the game.
2.3 Refund Policy:
a. There is no right to refund for purchases of Shop Coins with real currency.
b. Refunds for Shop Coins used for item purchases can be requested within 24 hours of the original purchase. The refund will be made in Shop Coins, not in real currency.
2.4 Transaction Transparency:
a. Payment transactions for the purchase of Shop Coins are handled exclusively through PayPal or e-Payouts.
b. We do not collect or store information regarding financial transactions. The entire payment process is executed and controlled by PayPal and e-Payouts, in accordance with their privacy and security policies.

b. It is prohibited to use offensive language, send politically or racially charged messages, harass, insult, or harm other users or the operation of the game.
